– Knesset Delays Discussion on Military Conscription Law:

The Knesset’s Foreign and Defense Committee has deferred further discussions on the proposed military conscription law. The draft is now up for redrafting with legal adviser’s notes. Chairman Boaz Bismuth indicated readiness for voting on the final draft after its discussion.

– IDF Stops Suspect Activity Near Border:

Israel Defense Forces (IDF) intercepted about ten suspicious individuals near Israel’s Paran region border. After thorough searches and blockades, they determined that no infiltration occurred, confirming the absence of immediate security threats. IDF remains vigilant for potential extremist activities along the eastern border.

Reports reveal that Israel has been backing anti-Hamas militias in Gaza through varied forms of aid, including intelligence sharing and weapons. In a significant move, Albanian leader Edi Rama visited Knesset, affirming Albania’s support for Israel. Rama underscored the importance of combating violent extremism and upholding democratic values, reinforcing Albania’s stance with Israel on the international platform.
