This significant development follows an attack by Hamas, a terrorist group, yet all party entities have maintained peace, highlighting the importance of shared interests in ensuring successful peace agreements.

– Japan Planning Travel-Related Tax Hikes:

As of 2026, Japan anticipates a series of tax and fee increases affecting both local citizens and foreign tourists. Changes include a rise in the departure tax and visa fee, along with the implementation of a new pre-registration system for travelers from visa-exempt nations, which is expected to launch in 2028.

– Israel’s Security Budget for 2026 Announced:

Bezalel Smotrich, Israel’s Treasury Minister, disclosed that the security budget for 2026 will be around 100 billion shekels, despite the economic challenges following recent wars.
